From February 2020, Beyond Co., Ltd. will start providing ``Cost Cutter,'' a consulting service to reduce the cost of ``servers'' used by companies.

Server fees are a “fixed cost” similar to rent.

For companies, servers are a fixed cost, just like office rent. If we can reduce fixed costs, we believe that this will have a great impact on companies because it will directly result in profits.

We have adopted a success fee system in which you will be paid 50% of the savings only if you use Cost Cutter and are able to reduce your server costs (contract period is 1 year, minimum monthly usage fee is 200,000 yen). This service has only benefits for the companies that use it.

There are several ways to cut server costs.

Review of contract plan

With 12 years of server operation experience, we are familiar with various cloud server pricing systems. You can make it cheaper by reviewing the contract period and contract plan.

Review of server configuration

There are fewer cases where the current usage status of a server is the same as it was when it was designed. Therefore, our specialists suggested ways to reduce the number of servers or change specifications. In some cases, we may also suggest server relocation. We partner with 16 cloud vendors and can recommend optimal server sizing and server configurations.
