We propose a completely new way of working that has never been seen before, by ``taking advantage of time differences to turn night shifts into day shifts.''

Background of establishment

Our main business is "server monitoring service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year," and we operate by dividing into early shifts, late shifts, and night shifts.

For this reason, working night shifts has the disadvantages of ``difficult to manage physical and mental health, and difficult to make time for private life,'' and ``it is difficult to monitor servers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, while maintaining a comfortable working environment for employees.'' We decided to establish an office in Canada, which has a 14-hour time difference (13 hours during daylight saving time) with Japan.

This is the first time for our company to establish an office overseas.

The office is scheduled to be established in the suburbs of Toronto in Mississauga, Canada's 6th city, and is known as the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), an area that is currently attracting attention as many Japanese companies are expanding into the area.

By working in Canada, where there is a time difference, you can work during the day in Canada even though you would work night shifts in Japan, allowing you to maintain a balance between work and private life.

Furthermore, I hope that there will be many opportunities for personal growth by working in an environment different from Japan.
