"Action Declaration" Specific Initiatives
As stated in our Action Declaration, we will promote efforts to ensure superior recruitment and prevent employee turnover
We have a satellite office in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, to recruit and train local talent, and several employees have moved to Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture to work. We have created the same work environment as the head office at our Osaka headquarters and each of our bases in Yokohama, Tokushima, and Canada, and have used this know-how to realize a work style that allows employees to work from anywhere, including working from home
The company is also promoting a "workation system" within the company, which allows employees to work for up to two weeks at a time, twice a year, and aims to provide a more flexible working style by covering part of the costs of workation with the company
We will utilize the above-mentioned "Regional Revitalization Telework Promotion" initiative to expand our core business and promote it steadily and continuously, while continuing to support the diversity of our employees' work and life, and creating an environment where each employee can maximize their capabilities
About the Cabinet Office and Cabinet Secretariat's "Regional Revitalization Telework" Promotion Project
In addition to accelerating the flow of people from urban areas to rural areas, we will contribute to regional revitalization in various ways, such as preventing the outflow of population from rural areas, creating jobs in rural areas, and creating new businesses. We will also launch a "Regional Revitalization Telework Promotion Campaign," which will be promoted jointly by the public and private sectors, with the support of companies and organizations for the purpose of "Regional Revitalization Telework."
