We are now accepting applications for "Virtual Interviews" for 2023 graduates
will be conducting for new graduate recruitment in 2023, regardless of educational background, gender, or age
Both students and interviewers will use avatars to conduct the first interview online
The interviewer will not ask you any of the following questions:
- School/Faculty/Department
- sex
- age
- address
- qualification
- Selection status
There are no restrictions on the avatar tools, and you are free to use a voice changer
If you are having difficulty preparing an avatar due to your environment, it is fine if you bring something that covers your face, such as a mask
Why use avatars for first interviews?
Every year, Beyond is working on new online recruitment methods, such as the "Online Game Company Information Session for 2021 Graduates," "Virtual 1-Day Internship for 2022 Graduates," and "Novel Game Company Guide for 2023 Graduates."
In particular, the "Online Game Company Information Session" allowed participants to freely customize their in-game avatars, which had the advantage of allowing them to get to know the students' personalities without having to meet them in person
The purpose of this "virtual interview" is to get to know the students' personalities in a more neutral manner, without being bound by stereotypes, by not disclosing personal information such as educational background, gender, or age
By evaluating the communication skills required of Beyond engineers and the ingenuity of the avatars they use, we believe we can explore the individuality and creativity of students that cannot be seen in a typical online interview

Selection process: Application form ⇒ Virtual interview ⇒ Final interview + SPI test
*Normally, a second interview is conducted, but with the virtual interview, no second interview is conducted and you will be invited to the final interview
*The final interview will be conducted via regular online conversation after you submit your resume
Interview rules
- Please set your avatar during the interview
- There is no limit to the tools available
- Instructions on how to install the tools recommended by Beyond will be provided only to those who pass the selection process
- If it is difficult to use the tools due to the environment, you can wear something that covers your face (such as a mask or headgear)
