(CEO: Katsumi Marunaga; hereinafter referred to as "Amazing"), which plans, develops, and operates social games and smartphone apps
By combining Amazing's game content production and management know-how with Beyond's cloud and server-side development know-how, we will work to create new businesses
Background and purpose of the partnership
Beyond operates in three business areas: cloud/server business, server-side development business, and web services business. Among these, we have been closely involved with the game industry, having undertaken numerous projects such as game server construction, operation and maintenance, and server-side development
By collaborating with Amazing's accumulated game development know-how, we aim to jointly create new content while strengthening our existing businesses in the game industry, such as cloud construction and operation and server-side development
Furthermore, by collaborating with Amazing, which has a large number of game production planners, engineers, and designers on staff, we will be able to approach projects from a wider range of angles than ever before, which will broaden the scope of project proposals and lead to new business opportunities
Furthermore, from an educational perspective, such as nurturing young talent, we plan to combine the educational business know-how cultivated at the e-sports school operated by Amazing to create synergies and generate new value
