We have been awarded "Gold" status again this year in the White Company Certification Program.
On November 1, 2024, our company received the the Japan Next Generation Enterprise Promotion Organization (commonly known as the White Foundation), a general incorporated foundation that comprehensively evaluates the white status of companies, for the second year in a row.
What is White Company Certification?
This certification does not simply mean "white" = "easy to work for," but rather evaluates the overall structure and efforts of a company, and is a comprehensive assessment of the following seven items from the perspective of "whether it is a great company that should be passed down to the next generation."
