The coaching service will be provided in partnership with Woz LLC (headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; representative partner: Otsuka Mie), a company engaged in consulting and media business related to digital entertainment
What is coaching?
Coaching, which originated in the United States as a "consultation method without giving advice," is now widely known as the key to growth for businesspeople around the world. The business coaching market in the United States is worth approximately $15 billion (approximately 1.5 trillion yen), with over 100,000 professional coaches. In Japan, it has also been attracting attention in recent years as an "effective method for personal growth, organizational communication, and team management."
