We will open our Shikoku office in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture

Our first satellite office, the Shikoku Office, will open in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture on March 1, 2019

■For engineers to work in a better environment

As IT infrastructure shifts from physical servers to the cloud, engineers can now operate 24/7, no matter where they are. However, hiring engineers remains challenging, even in urban areas. Beyond focuses on developing talent in regional areas and creating an environment where engineers can work remotely. Because 24/7 operation and maintenance requires work on holidays and at night, Beyond aims to handle operations on weekdays and holidays in regional areas and, in the future, establish overseas bases and utilize time differences to eliminate night shifts. Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, is well-equipped to accommodate a satellite office, and Beyond was attracted by the natural surroundings and the enthusiasm of the local government, leading to the opening of its first satellite office in Shikoku

■Regional revitalization and work style reform

By making remote work possible, we can contribute to the revitalization of Tokushima Prefecture and other local areas, and by developing engineering talent, we can create an opportunity to spread interest in the IT industry. If remote operation becomes even more possible in the future, it will also lead to work style reform by reducing the workload of engineers who need to perform on-site monitoring

■ Creating and supporting the future of IT together

In the future, we will employ talented personnel in local areas and grow together to realize operations overseas, and work to create a comfortable working environment for engineers, reducing work on holidays and at night. This will further improve the quality of cloud server construction, operation and maintenance, and continue to create and support services in the ever-evolving IT industry
