[2026 New Graduates] A look at Beyond's induction ceremony!

Hello.
I'm Miyoshi from the recruitment team.

On April 1, 2026, Beyond welcomed new employees and held an induction ceremony.
This article will cover the flow of the day, the atmosphere of the venue, and the atmosphere of the social gathering held after the ceremony.

With nine new members joining us this year, we've started the new fiscal year with a fresh and energetic atmosphere

Furthermore, at Beyond's new employee orientation ceremony, members from the Yokohama and Shikoku offices gather every year in addition to the Osaka headquarters, making it a place for interaction across different locations

We hope this will give job seekers, students, and company representatives a chance to get a feel for the atmosphere of Beyond's internal events

Induction Ceremony

Message from the President

At the beginning of the ceremony, President and CEO Haraoka delivered a message to the new employees.
His words, expressing his expectations for their future growth as they take their first steps into the working world, were particularly memorable.

This year, we welcomed nine new employees, further expanding our organization

Greetings from the Manager

Following the representative's opening remarks, managers from each department gave their greetings.
Including the manager who came from the Canadian office, each person delivered a message to the new employees from their respective positions.
It was impressive to see how the atmosphere, though tense, gradually relaxed with occasional laughter.

Awarding of employment letter

During the presentation of the letters of appointment, each new employee was called by name and received their letter from the company representative.
It was a moment that truly gave them a sense of starting their careers as working adults.

Greetings from new employees

Each new employee came forward and gave a short speech introducing themselves and their aspirations for the future.
In a calm atmosphere, each person's words were met with warm applause from the audience.

Closing remarks

Finally, Director Morita gave a closing address

Morita usually participates remotely from Canada, but this year he traveled from Canada to our Osaka headquarters to participate in person.
The atmosphere in the venue became even brighter, and it was a lively conclusion to the event.

Social gathering

After the induction ceremony, we moved to a different venue for a social gathering

This year's event was held in the Namba area, with each table enjoying a set course meal.
New employees took turns visiting the tables, allowing them to converse directly with many senior employees, which I believe further deepened the camaraderie among staff members!

After the induction ceremony

That concludes our report on the 2026 new employee orientation ceremony

This was my second time hosting an event, and I feel I was able to proceed more calmly than last time. (; ・`д・´)
There are still areas where I can improve, but I hope to continue gaining experience like this and aim for better management in the future.

Together with our newly joined members, I hope we can make Beyond an even better company in the future!

🌸Thank you for reading to the end🌸
