we hope you will take this opportunity to get a feel for our company culture.

After joining the company, you will undergo a three-month training program, followed by on-the-job training (OJT) to support your skill development.
After that, we hold regular in-house study sessions approximately once a month.
We also offer subsidies and incentives for purchasing books and obtaining certifications, so please take full advantage of them!

We cover the costs of external training courses, and you can even take them during work hours, so
you can aim to acquire qualifications without feeling rushed!
