In recent years, customer harassment has been recognized as a social issue. In order for our employees to work with peace of mind and to be able to provide better services to our customers, we have established a basic policy on customer harassment and will take a firm stance as an organization.
Definition of customer harassment
Our company considers any inquiries or other communications from customers, business partners, or other parties with a vested interest in our company (hereinafter referred to as "customers, etc.") that fall under any of the following categories and whose words or actions may endanger the safety or physical and mental health of our employees as "customer harassment."
- If the customer's request is unreasonable
- When the means or methods used to achieve the demand are considered inappropriate according to generally accepted social norms

The following are some specific examples of customer harassment, but they are not exhaustive
Abusive language and violence
- Physical attacks, psychological attacks such as threats, slander, and insults
- Intimidating behavior, excessive demands for apologies (such as prostrating oneself)
Excessive or unreasonable demands
- Requests for free support beyond the scope of the contract and terms of use (such as additional development or immediate support for features outside the contract)
- A request to hold us responsible for malfunctions in unsupported environments
- Request for disclosure of information that cannot be disclosed for security reasons
- Persistent and repeated contact, prolonged detention, and coercion to directly contact specific individuals
Other forms of harassment
- Discriminatory remarks, sexual remarks, and attacks on individual employees
- Actions that infringe on employees' privacy
- Defamation on social media and review sites, etc
Responding to customer harassment
If any such conduct is confirmed, we reserve the right to refuse further service and may take measures such as suspending or ending service provision in accordance with our terms of service.
Furthermore, in cases of malicious conduct or suspected criminal activity, we will cooperate with relevant organizations such as lawyers and the police to take legal action, including filing criminal charges. We will
continue to respond sincerely to legitimate opinions and requests from our customers and strive to improve our services.
