I was in charge of building, operating and maintaining the server and network environment for a website for a publicly managed boat race.

The content of the website is divided into content that can be viewed by general users and content that can be viewed by interested parties, and content for interested parties is a website that can only be viewed within each boat race course.

As a result, it was necessary to build a closed infrastructure by constructing a VPN at each location for content for related parties, but conventional VPNs had the following concerns.

・Man-hours required to install and configure routers and switches at each location
・Lack of human resources capable of managing the network at each location
・Man-hours required to manage the network after operation, etc.

In order to alleviate these concerns, we have introduced "IIJ Omnibus,"
