「インフラと開発、2本の柱で…！」横浜に開発拠点が誕生
広報の藤沢海です。
事業拡大に伴い、2019年9月1日にビヨンド初の開発拠点が横浜にできました！
弊社は大阪でMSP事業をメインに行いながら、ゲームAPI開発やWebシステム開発にも力を入れています。関東でも事業を拡大させていく中で、横浜に開発拠点を作りさらに本格的な開発事業を行っていきます。
ということで、今回は横浜オフィスの新メンバー2名に「開発拠点のこれから」についていろいろ話を聞いてみました！
お二方とも開発の世界からやってきたレジェンドなので少し恐縮しましたが、以前一緒に甲子園に阪神戦を見に行った仲なので穏やかにインタビューできました。

ビヨンドは若手が多い

[speech_bubble type="ln-flat" subtype="L1" icon="d_yokohama.png" name="佐藤"]ここ10年くらい単独で営業をしてきたので、営業同士で相談をするっていうことがなかったんです。今回、力を持った営業の人たちとやらせてもらえることで良い刺激だなぁって思うし、自分の足りなさを痛感してへこんでる。[/speech_bubble]

横浜を本格的な開発拠点に

インフラと開発は知識が違う！

[speech_bubble type="ln-flat" subtype="R1" icon="f_yokohama.png" name="藤沢"]前は開発の営業をされていたそうですが、そんなにインフラと開発は違うんですか？[/speech_bubble]

[speech_bubble type="ln-flat" subtype="L1" icon="d_yokohama.png" name="佐藤"]原岡さん(代表)とよく言ってるんだけど、MSPに重きを置いている会社はありそうでないんだよね。とことんお客さんに寄り添うっていうスタンスだから。使えてて当たり前のサービスが使えなくなった時に昼だろうが夜だろうが直すっていうところが強みだし、使えてて当たり前だからこそ目立たないけど、お客さんに寄り添って考えられる人たちが非常に多い。[/speech_bubble]

開発もビヨンドに丸投げ
「サーバーのことは全部丸投げ」と謳っていたいた弊社ですが、これから先は開発も丸投げしていただけるような組織作りに励んでいきます。そして、大阪・四国・横浜の3拠点に加えて2020年4月からは初の海外拠点であるカナダオフィスも始動します。24時間365日エンジニアが有人監視できるという強みを活かして、今後開発の分野においてもサービスを支えていけるように成長していきたいです！
