[School visit] “Learn more about infrastructure engineers!” in Iwasaki Gakuen Information Science College
This is Kai Fujisawa from public relations.
I went to the Japan MSP Association's school visit, which was the only recruiting event where I went out by myself!
This time, I will be visiting Iwasaki Gakuen College of Information Science, which is located right near Yokohama Station. As a high school graduate, university was an unknown place for me...

Eight companies engaged in the MSP business talked about the appeal of infrastructure engineers and the kind of work they do.
This time around 120 students came and my legs were shaking as I had never spoken in front of such a large number of people. . . I respect everyone because I am not very good at sitting and listening.
Our company was the second to last of the eight companies to be introduced, so I was able to speak to everyone who had been listening for a long time, listening to their mood.
The president is like this.
I'm really bad at explaining server operations with pictures, so I feel like I need to gain more experience.
While introducing the in-house system, there was a bit of excitement in the classroom at the recently created "in-house DJ" (lol)
After the information session, we borrowed a classroom and participated in a social gathering! (The student's face is hidden with a b mark)
We sat around a stylish caterer and asked them about their current job hunting situation.
Maybe you only worked part-time during summer vacation, or maybe you're wondering what kind of job you want to get. (The person on the right is Mr. Fujisawa from Serac)
By talking with the students at the social gathering, I can think about what kind of recruitment activities I should do in the future. It's important to listen to people's voices, not just what's written on the internet.
Well, next month I will be visiting Osaka Institute of Technology!
Since we are a local company, this is a good opportunity for students in Osaka to get to know us. I will work hard to make it easier to understand that there is a job called infrastructure engineer! !
