“President Meshi” will be held for the first time! Students and president interact openly

This is Kai Fujisawa from public relations.

“President Meshi” was held for the first time as a recruitment event on February 6, 2019 !

What is President Meshi?

With CEO Meshi, let's talk openly over drinks so that job hunters and company presidents can easily interact! This is a recruitment event.

During joint company information sessions and interviews, it is common for both parties to not open up to each other. If that's the case, it would be better to talk to the students at a drinking place because they would be able to hear their true feelings, and the students would also be able to learn more about the company by feeling close to the company president.

B-Well Co., Ltd. , which operates a job-hunting cafe in Honmachi, Osaka , and was a first for Beyond.

Held at a pub near the company

Izakaya is a place where you can talk without getting nervous.

We gathered at Hidamari, a shop near the company that is frequently used by members of the company.

At first, we planned to hold the event with a small number of people, but a total of 8 students showed up!

Four people from our company participated: Representative Director Haraoka, Engineers Nakagawa and Miyazaki, and Public Relations Officer Fujisawa.

I'll start by introducing myself, and then talk about recent events.

At first, the students looked nervous, but as time went on, they started smiling more and more.

Then, while looking at the company brochure, I will explain what kind of work Beyond does and what kind of companies it does business with.

question time

Next, several questions asked in advance, ``Things you would like to ask the president,'' were announced, and Haraoka answered them.

The good thing about the president's meal is that you can ask the president directly.

“What kind of people are active in your company?”

"What can I gain experience and grow in the IT industry?"

In response to student questions such as

"People who are active in the company are honest people who can absorb anything."

"You can learn a lot of knowledge because it's an industry that changes so rapidly, and it's fun."

Haraoka answered.

The students were able to openly ask questions that would be difficult to ask in the formal atmosphere of an interview, so I think they were able to easily understand what they wanted to know.

By the way, some of the questions we asked for were extremely difficult, such as "What are your policies for work and private life?", and I was troubled by the question, "Is there a policy for private life...!?" (lol)

I'm doing my first "1DAY internship"!

In order to continue to connect with the precious relationship of being the president's meal, I would like to announce the 1-day internship at the end.

This will be Beyond’s first 1-day internship!
