Like! ! Business trip to Taiwan! !

It's been a long time, but even though this is my third visit to Taiwan, I'm Takashiro from the System Solutions Department, and I've never had Chai Ye Dan (Taiwanese-style boiled eggs) before. (I am tormented by intense regret)

Our company Haraoka will be speaking at the "Crossing Borders and Expanding Your Perspective: Taiwan-Japan Design Thinking, Work Style, and Cultural Exchange Conference" held in Taipei/Taichung, and I will also be traveling to Taiwan to attend. I went to (Taipei/Taichung), so I would like to introduce you to the situation there.

About business trip itinerary

  1. May 16th (Tuesday) 1st event in Taipei
  2. May 17th (Wednesday) Travel & 2nd event in Taichung
  3. May 18th (Thursday) Returned to Taipei and had meetings with Taiwanese companies.
  4. May 19th (Friday) Return to Japan

If I were to summarize this itinerary, it would look something like this.

particularly introduce the events held in Taipei/Taichung

So let's get started! !

Like! ! This is the start of my trip to Taiwan!

1st event in Taipei

The first event the Singularity Work Café , and was a very meaningful and fruitful event with a large number of people participating.

In particular, I was amazed at the questions I received from the participants, and the discussions developed into quite in-depth topics ranging from technical questions to topics related to Japanese trends.I learned a lot while listening to them, and at the same time, I was able to understand my own thoughts. I remember being acutely aware that I needed to be more specific and solid with my opinions and opinions, and grow as a businessman.

▼Our company Haraoka and all the participants on stage

▼Enjoyable chat after the event

the venue for this event, , was a huge success, and not only the interior and exterior, but also the staff were all really wonderful.

In fact, there are many users who work from early in the morning until late at night, making this a highly recommended spot for business travelers and students looking for a coworking space in Taipei. I am thinking that I would like to visit you again. .

Move & 2nd event in Taichung

On my third day in Taiwan, I took the high speed train from Taipei to Taichung.

The office was very comfortable, and the ekiben I ate along the way stimulated my traveler sensor and became a very tasty memory.

▼Of course, we have Cha Ye Dan (Taiwanese style boiled egg).

Now, the second and most important event was held at the Monospace collaborative work space

▼Second presentation

Just like last time, this was a wonderful space, and everyone who attended welcomed us in a very warm atmosphere!

In addition, the Q&A session became a networking session with very active questions and opinions, and I felt that we need to think broadly and think broadly, not just within Japan but also around the world.

▼Thank you to everyone who participated! !

summary

What do you think?

Personally, I was on a business trip overseas for the first time since Toronto, and I'm a self-proclaimed Taiwanese freak (sorry for being such a weirdo), so I've been feeling nervous for about a month, but when I got back, it all happened in an instant. It feels like this these days.

Through this business trip, I was able to spend time and have valuable experiences that cannot be described in this article alone, but this was also sponsored by Mr. Dozono and Mr. Hong of Mamezo Design Co., Ltd. I would like to thank Mr. Ogawa of AND Co., Ltd., who accompanied me this time, and above all, all the participants I met in Taiwan, and everyone who cooperated.

Please allow me to take this opportunity to say hello. Thank you very much.

Instead of just thinking, "Let's do something together again someday!", I want to continue to work hard day by day so that I can actually turn that feeling into some form!

▼These are the three of us who took the stage!
