When I attended the job offer ceremony last year as a new employee, I was able to learn about the atmosphere at Beyond and the kind senior employees there are through group work, and I am looking forward to starting work next year

Also, before attending the job offer ceremony, I was worried about what kind of senior employees I would meet and whether I would fit in with the company's atmosphere, but I remember that after attending the ceremony, my worries disappeared

 

2. Contents of group work

3. Why did we use the consensus game in group work?

I think consensus games have something in common with work

A consensus game is a game in which teams work together to arrive at a single answer

You need to communicate and discuss as a team to come up with a single answer

There are probably many times during meetings when you need to decide on one idea from multiple ideas, or when you need to discuss and work as a team to make a project a success

I felt that the NASA game had this kind of teamwork and decision-making aspect

Therefore, we decided to hold a consensus game in the hope that it would help participants to feel that it could be applied to their work

4. Ingenious features

This time, we added a free slot for group work

In the free section, discuss as a group and decide on one item you would like to add

In addition to choosing an item from 12 items, each group was given one free slot to choose from, which encouraged more active communication within the group

As a result, during the group work on the day, each group expressed a variety of opinions, and the session ended up running a little later than expected

There was lively communication in every group, and I thought it was a good idea to add an open slot
