table of contents
nice to meet you!
My name is Tama-chan and I am a 23-year-old engineer in the System Solutions Department.
I recently attended a formal offer ceremony for my 24th graduate, and when I thought that I was standing in the same place last year, I realized how quickly time passes.
This time, I will write about the group work that was carried out at Beyond's "informal selection ceremony" on October 2nd (Monday).
Five people, including myself, thought about and prepared for the group work at the informal recruitment ceremony, and were able to carry out the group work on the day. We hope that through this article you can learn a little more about the informal selection ceremony and the significance of group work.

1. Reasons for conducting group work at the informal recruitment ceremony
In conclusion,
Realizing our core values and letting people know the Beyond atmosphere
I think so.
Beyond values communication to the extent that its core values communication , speed , and hospitality
Therefore, by providing an opportunity for group work during the job offer ceremony, we hope that new graduates and employees will be able to communicate with each other and get to know Beyond as much as possible, and get to know the atmosphere of Beyond.
Last year, when I attended a formal offer ceremony as a candidate, through group work I learned about the atmosphere at Beyond and the kind senior employees we have, and I'm looking forward to working there next year. Ta.
Also, before I attended the job offer ceremony, I was worried about what kind of senior employees there would be and whether I would fit in with the atmosphere of the company, but after I attended the job offer ceremony, I remember feeling less anxious. Masu.
2. Contents of group work
During group work, we played a consensus game

3. Why did we conduct the consensus game as a group work?
I think the consensus game has something to do with work.
A consensus game is a game in which teams work together to come up with a single answer.
It is necessary to communicate as a team and come up with an answer through discussion.
I think this work
You may often have to discuss and work as a team to make a project a success, such as when making a decision from multiple options to one in a meeting.
I thought NASA games had this kind of team movement and decision-making.
Therefore, we decided to conduct a consensus game in the hope that through the consensus game, people could get a sense of what it is like to work.
4. Improvements
This time, we added a free frame for group work.
In the free frame, discuss as a group and decide on one item you would like to add.
In addition to choosing an item from among the 12 items, we made it possible for groups to choose one free frame to encourage communication within the group.
As a result, during the group work that day, all groups had a variety of opinions, and it took a little longer than expected.
Communication was active in all groups, and I was glad to have added free space.
The above is the content of the group work for Beyond Co., Ltd.'s informal selection ceremony in 2020.
Thank you for reading to the end.
