Beyond's "Cloud Cost Review Center" offers free consultations on cloud costs, configuration proposals and estimates, and actual cost reduction work.

Since the current situation of cloud servers is rarely the same as it was at the time of design, it is necessary to reflect the number of servers and specifications that meet the needs of the time.We will review the configuration by proposing things like reducing the number of servers, changing specifications, changing contract plans, and in some cases, relocating servers

Regarding payment methods for the work we actually did to reduce cloud costs, we not only charge an initial fee, but also support installment payments such as 12 or 24 installments. This flexible payment method allows you to easily review your configuration and achieve cost reductions without incurring a large initial fee

We can handle everything from reviewing your current configuration to relocation and cost reduction work, as well as providing 24/7 operation and maintenance by our engineers

Pricing details

● 1. Paid diagnosis 100,000 yen (110,000 yen including tax)

An engineer will provide a paid diagnostic report and provide detailed information on how to reduce your server usage. Please note that for diagnostics of 11 or more servers, a fee of 50,000 yen (55,000 yen including tax) will be charged for every 10 servers

● 2. Cost reduction proposal creation 500,000 yen (550,000 yen including tax))

We will propose an estimate of the costs involved and an overall schedule for implementing cost reductions (Note 1). At that time, we will also introduce an installment payment plan for the cost reduction work expenses

● 3. Estimated cost for cost reduction work (varies depending on the proposal)

Since it supports installment payments, you can also reduce your monthly burden (Note 2)

(Note 1) If there is room for cost reduction and you would like a proposal, we will propose a reduction plan. If we are unable to find significant potential for reduction and the cost of creating a proposal is not worth it, we will have to forgo this. Thank you for your understanding.
(Note 2) By paying in installments for the costs incurred to reduce costs, such as server migration/construction and service adjustment, it is possible to adjust the monthly payment amount to be lower even after deducting the cost reduction amount. (Proposal creation fee excluded)
