What challenges did you face before introducing Server Support?
When we undertake sales promotion support for our clients, for example, when a site is featured on television or advertised, e-commerce sites often experience high volumes of traffic. Larger sites also experience more hacking incidents. Previously, network maintenance and management was handled by in-house engineers, but as our services expanded, we felt it was a major challenge to maintain a 24-hour maintenance and management system. The biggest advantage is that our engineers can now focus on their core development work, and their productivity has increased by at least 1.5 times
