“eBASEBALL Prospi A League” concludes sponsorship agreement with Orix Buffaloes for second consecutive year

Beyond Co., Ltd. has signed a sponsorship agreement with the Orix Buffaloes (eBASEBALL Prospi A League team). This is the second consecutive year we have signed a sponsorship agreement following 2020, and the Beyond logo will be displayed on the uniforms worn by players. Additionally, an interview article with Orix Buffaloes representative players has been published on Beyond's homepage.
What is “eBASEBALL Prospi A League”?
"eBASEBALL Prospi A League" (commonly known as SpiLeague) is a professional baseball e-sports league co-sponsored by the Japan Baseball Organization (NPB) and Konami Digital Entertainment using the mobile game "Professional Baseball Spirits A." A total of 36 professional players, three from each team representing 12 professional baseball teams, will compete in the e-pennant race between the Central League and Pacific League, aiming to become the best in Japan.

In preparation for the opening game to be held on Saturday, December 4th, Beyond has published an interview article on its website in which Orix Buffaloes representative players talk about their enthusiasm for the professional league.

In addition, Beyond is working on the "eBASEBALL Prospi A League Orix Buffaloes Support Site", and the site will provide profiles of representative players and news about the Orix Buffaloes. (Scheduled to be released in mid-December 2021)
Initiatives as a sponsor
Beyond builds and operates game servers, develops game APIs, etc., and has supported the game industry from behind the scenes, and has a desire to "contribute to the development of e-sports" and liven up the local area of Osaka. As a result, we have become a sponsor of the eBASEBALL Prospi A League Orix Buffaloes, whose home base is Osaka. We will continue to support the Orix Buffaloes by enlivening the eBASEBALL Prospi A League together with the players through interview articles and video content.
