Beyond Co., Ltd. will conduct "AI & virtual interviews" for new graduate recruitment for 2025 graduates for a limited time from March 6, 2024 (Wednesday) to April 5, 2024 (Friday).
Modern recruitment requires flexibility and diversity
In recent years, there are various selection methods for job interviews, such as online format, face-to-face format, and hybrid format, but companies are required to be flexible so that job hunters can proceed with the selection process within a limited time. Masu.
Additionally, as awareness of diversity increases, it is important for companies to focus on hiring candidates based on their individuality, rather than their academic background or external factors.
We are looking for engineers who sympathize with Beyond's corporate philosophy and way of thinking.
Beyond has not focused on hiring based on academic background, and engineers with various backgrounds are still active today. In order to create a place where interviewers and interviewees can stand on equal footing and assess each other, without being bound by academic background or external factors, we are working to create a place where interviews can be conducted in a level environment.
The AI interview that we have adopted for the first interview allows you to interview anywhere and anytime, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We will proceed with the selection process based on the evaluation criteria set by Beyond while referring to the evaluation report.
Furthermore, by conducting a virtual interview that allows you to learn about individuality and humanity, regardless of academic background or external factors, we will be able to assess the applicant's desire to become an engineer, the applicant's past experience, and Beyond's corporate philosophy and way of thinking. We aim to hire people who can empathize with us.
Background behind Beyond’s AI & virtual interviews

Beyond has been conducting virtual interviews in 2022 and metaverse interviews in 2023. When I actually implemented these events, both of them were good opportunities to meet students who had a high level of interest in the IT industry and a strong desire to become engineers.
Among these, we have decided to use virtual interviews again this year because we are able to conduct interviews that bring out the individuality of job hunters, and we were able to meet the people we are looking for at Beyond.
In addition, the new AI interview system introduced this year allows for a fair and impartial first interview that unifies selection criteria and eliminates preconceptions. Interviews can be conducted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, regardless of time or location, reducing the burden on both companies and job seekers as they proceed with their selection process.
Through AI and virtual interviews, we hope to meet job-hunting students who are highly interested in the IT industry and aspire to be engineers.
Why Beyond continues to employ various methods
So far, we have held company information sessions within online games and game-type recruitment content such as ``Novel Game Company Information Session,'' ``Intern RPG,'' and ``Escape Game Company Information Session.'' We have also tried various interview methods, including virtual interviews and metaverse interviews.
By proactively incorporating new recruitment methods that we have created in-house, we are creating opportunities to meet more job hunters and are able to approach unique job hunters with a variety of ways of thinking and backgrounds.
Beyond's mission is to "make the world a little easier," which means both "easy" and "fun."
