Actual experience! Things you should do before issuing a press release

My name is Ito and I am an infrastructure engineer
At Beyond, we want to increase awareness of our company name, so we've established a Web Marketing Department.
In fact, this technical blog is part of our marketing efforts.
The corporate website redesign is also part of the Web Marketing Department's activities.
Our website has been redesigned. | Beyond Co., Ltd.
Besides these activities, we're also working on an initiative to "issue press releases to spread the company name to the world!"
However, we'd never actually issued a press release before, so we just went for it and tried it out. But we
that made us think, "Wow, we should have done that beforehand!"So, I'd like to share those with you.
By the way, we have issued the following two press releases:
Second installment
! Japan's first! A new service aimed at female high school entrepreneurs! 'JK Startup Lab,' completely free for one year, begins service on May 25th - SankeiBiz
Creating a landing page
I came up with a plan, created a press release, and sent it out to all the relevant companies... and that's all well and good,
but I have no idea where and how it's being used!
It was just released and that was it, and I couldn't see what would happen next
Creating even a simple landing page that summarizes what you do
is helpful for people who read your press release and are thinking about contacting you.
Looking back now, it's like, "Of course."

Flyer creation
This is similar to a landing page, isn't it?
For example, if you can hand out a flyer you created during sales activities saying, "Look what we're doing!", it
can become a conversation starter when you're selling.
Since landing pages aren't always accessible, creating flyers
increases the opportunities for exposure.

Preparation for interviews
I was surprised when we sent out the press release; we suddenly got requests for interviews. It was
my first time experiencing something like that, so I was really intimidated.
I've never been interviewed before.
(Actually, I was really surprised when they actually came! - but that's a secret.)
In such cases, it's best to prepare a list of anticipated questions and answers, such as "What kind of questions will I be asked, and how will I answer them?"
The interview was a success!? It has been published in a certain media outlet
I'm still checking whether it's okay to release it, so I'll release it once I get the OK
This might be commonplace for those who regularly handle public relations, but
doing something different requires some thought.
Well then
