My name is Fujisawa and I am in charge of public relations and recruitment

With 2019 drawing to a close, I've once again shared some of my past failures

the Kansai Public Relations 100 Research Group!!

What is the Kansai Public Relations 100 Study Group?

The Kansai Public Relations 100 Study Group is a study group made up of public relations personnel from Kansai companies and organizations. Every two months, we hold case presentations and invite media representatives to deepen our learning and build networks. Since 2015, we have been aiming to hold 100 meetings with the participation of 100 companies and 100 media outlets, with member companies taking turns as organizers, hosting study groups on a variety of topics

I'm honored to be speaking again, following my presentation last December. ( I've also summarized last year's workshop report and presentation content on my blog.)

▲The venue is the stylish office of AI Engineering Co. , Ltd

Theme: "Recruitment public relations for small and medium-sized enterprises"

The theme of this session"Recruitment and Public Relations for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises,"and it featured a session with representatives from four companies belonging to the research group, plus a guest speaker.

▲Mr. Nishiyama, representative of the research group

This year's workshop was held seven times, covering topics such as inbound marketing and community marketing

▲ Mr. Ono from Allonge Co., Ltd.

She works as a career consultant at a recruitment agency. She shared her insights on the current job market, and we heard a lot of incredibly interesting stories at the networking event. Her Instagram account, " Fictional Office Lady Diary," is also hilarious.

▲ Mr. Kim from Ilgurum Co., Ltd.

In August, the company changed its name from LockOn, and the new logo is said to represent a "circle of employees" made up of five overlapping rubber bands. (How stylish...!) As part of the site renewal, they have also created a new internal blog"Irugurum no Wa"and are now operating as an owned media platform.

▲ Mr. Yamaguchi from Nakajima Industries Co. , Ltd. / AI Engineering Co., Ltd.

Originally a network engineer, Yamaguchi is now also working as a plant engineer while also working on recruitment PR. While handling information that is difficult to release outside the factory, he has devised various methods, such as creating a recruitment website that fully showcases people and creating easy-to-read messages to recruit students

▲ Mr. Kajiwara from Akashi City Hall

They are recruiting for Akashi City employees. They promote Akashi City in their own unique style on posters, and at information sessions they perform their own manzai comedy routines, conveying the appeal of the city to students with their unique ideas!

▲ Mr. Goto from Laple Co., Ltd.

They provide PR support for companies and restaurants, and they also support our company's public relations activities. As examples of recruitment PR that have been featured in the media,"breakup leave"and"mystery-solving game selection." The number of days for breakup leave is proportional to the "degree of pain," with 1 day for those in their early 20s, 2 days for those in their late 20s, and 3 days for those in their 30s and older... (laughs)

▲ Media guest: Mr. Idota from the Yomiuri Shimbun

Participants answered questions about public relations and recruitment

▲ Beyond Fujisawa

I shared a collection of "failure stories" focusing on the new graduate recruitment activities I undertook this year

Presentation materials are here

(The content has been slightly changed from the study group.)

I personally think that the ability of the recruitment staff will be put to the test in how they use these failures to their advantage next year

For the 2021 graduating class, we are planning school visits by about three IT companies in the Kansai region after the new year . For mid-career recruitment , in addition to Osaka , we will also be expanding our recruitment efforts to include Shikoku, Yokohama, and Canada

As this is our first attempt, we are sure there will be some failures, but we will do our best to promote recruitment so that we can increase the number of success stories

Recruitment site currently under construction

It is scheduled to be released in January 2020! Please look forward to it

Our current recruitment website ishere.
