● The importance of being able to expose yourself
I got the impression that all the speakers were not afraid of having their mistakes pointed out. This struck a chord with me as I unconsciously harbor the fear of exposing my ignorance.

There was a sense of satisfaction that I received the input that gave me satisfaction

When introducing something new, it is very important to thoroughly share it with the team before implementing it into the project.
I borrowed the words of the speakers.
I also think that the hospitality of sharing things thoroughly should be valued as much as the detailed techniques.
