会場の雰囲気
グランフロント大阪の一室で、清潔で和やかな空間でした。
概要
お題は、PHP なら何でもOK。登壇者は自由に PHP についての主張や技術シェアを行います。
PHPのお祭り PHPerKaigi 2024 の要約を5分で発表しきるという、ユニークな発表もありました。
2つの感想
● 自分をさらけ出せる大切さ
登壇者の皆様は、間違いを指摘されることを恐れていない印象を受けました。無知を晒してしまう恐れを無意識に抱いてしまう私には、刺さるものがありました。
● 満足感を得た
インプットを得た満足感がありました。
最後に
新しいことを導入する時は、チームにしっかり共有してからプロジェクトにぶち込むことがすごく大事。
登壇者様の言葉をお借りしました。
しっかり共有するというホスピタリティが、細かい技術と同等に大事にされるべきと私も思います。
それでは、よきエンジニアライフを！
