[TGS2024] We exhibited at Tokyo Game Show Business Day again this year!

Beyond exhibited at Tokyo Game Show 2024 which was held at Makuhari Messe from September 26th, 2024. marking their 10th consecutive year

Tokyo Game Show 2024, held under the theme of "Be a pioneer in the world with games," 274,739 visitors over the four days. The total number of visitors in 2023 was 243,238, so this year's number was approximately 30,000 more than last year.

Beyond exhibited at the Business Solutions Corner. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth!

Just like last year, the panel design Mamezo Design . The blue-based design is a bit playful, making the booth stand out even from a distance. Thank you as always!

We introduced various other services, including our new services " Cloud Server Window ," " Cloud Cost Review Center ," and " API Development the banner of "Leave all your server needs to us

We distributed tote bags to hold fans, pamphlets, etc., and also gave out novelty items (handheld fans and towels) to those who exchanged business cards

Right in front of this year's Beyond booth was the Dragon Ball booth! The music that was playing on repeat has stuck in my head. It was an impressive booth, with many people stopping to look at it

As expected, Monster Hunter Wilds . Even on the first business day, the numbered tickets were all distributed within an hour of the start of the trial period. (That's scary!)

More people visited TGS than last year, and it was just as lively as ever, with a festival-like feel. Last year, the venue was very hot and there were concerns about heatstroke, but this year the temperature wasn't as high and the venue was relatively cool and comfortable

We were able to talk to many people during the two business days of Tokyo Game Show 2024, and we were able to get through the two days of TGS without any problems!

...I thought that was the end of it, but I've put together some information that may be useful to any companies that are thinking about exhibiting at TGS

The process leading up to exhibiting at TGS

①Exhibitor application

Applications to exhibit at TGS are usually submitted around the end of May (this year it was May 24th, 2024), so you can select the corner you want to exhibit in and submit your application

In most corners, you can choose between a regular booth or a turnkey booth. The difference between these two is whether basic decorations, power sources, etc. are included from the start. Beyond exhibited in the " Business Solutions Corner - 3 Turnkey Booths ." If you choose a regular booth, you will be in a box-shaped exhibition area. A turnkey booth is like the one shown in the photo of the Beyond booth above.

② Booth location selection meeting

A lottery will be held to determine booth locations among the companies that have applied to exhibit, and the exhibit location at TGS will be confirmed. At this point, the hall number and booth number will be decided

③Submit documents via EMS (Event Management System)

Once you are able to log in to a system called EMS, you can submit the necessary documents on the system. Some documents are required and some are optional, so submit only the necessary ones. Examples of documents include applications for invitation tickets to be given to customers, applications for novelties and prizes, applications for equipment rentals, and applications for exhibitor information. Each document has a different submission deadline, and you can submit documents as soon as they are ready by the organizers, so when you open EMS, you may find that new documents have been added. (To make sure you don't miss anything, I logged in almost every day to check...)

④ Preparation for the day

We will prepare the necessary items such as booth design, novelties, pamphlets, and service introduction videos. We will consider various things such as what kind of novelties would be best. This will vary depending on the company, so it is something to consider when exhibiting

⑤TGS day

Now that the preparations are complete, all that's left is to enjoy the event! We distributed pamphlets and novelties so that we could talk to as many people as possible

The dates for next year's TGS have already been announced, and it is scheduled to be held from Thursday, September 25th to Sunday, September 28th, 2025, so we will continue to work hard every day so that we can meet as many of you as possible next year
