[Business Trip Report] I went to the relocated New Shikoku Office (Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture)! !

Suddenly, in November 2024, I went on a business trip for a week to the Shikoku office in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture

We have had a Shikoku office for some time, but we have recently moved to a new office about a 5-minute walk from Masami Ryokan, where our old office was located.

Yes, this will be my first business trip to the Shikoku office since the move.

After spending a week there, I was impressed with the very clean office and the charming atmosphere of Miyoshi City, so I would like to report on it!

New Shikoku Office

For those who don't know in the first place!

The Shikoku Office a satellite office where Beyond is based in Ikeda-cho, Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture .

Previously, our office was located at Masami Ryokan, but we have now moved to a new office about a 5-minute walk from Masami Ryokan.

 

Our office is new, so let's take a look inside!

Office tour ① Exterior

This is the exterior of the new Shikoku office

Our office is located a 7-8 minute walk from the nearest Awa-Ikeda Bus Terminal.

On my way to the office, I was sometimes confused as to whether I was actually on this road or not, but thanks to this noren, I was able to figure it out right away!

(Beyond's blue-based noren is very stylish!)

 

Office tour ② Shared space

The first room you enter the office is the shared space

The office was originally a liquor store and has been renovated, creating a very warm space with wood as the main theme.

 

(I love the houseplants in the shared space!!)

 

Office tour ③ Courtyard

At the end the courtyard .

There is a kakei (kakei), making it a very quaint place that feels like a Japanese garden!

I often spent my breaks in the courtyard!

There is a killifish here, but unfortunately it was very cold when I visited the office and the killifish was hiding in the corner, so I had a hard time finding it...

Recommended shops

There are many delicious restaurants and shops in Miyoshi City, so I would like to introduce some of my personal recommendations!

If you have a chance to visit Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, please go! !

cafe 21st century

This is a coffee shop, ``Coffee 21st Century''.

It has an old-fashioned atmosphere, and the staff were all kind and warm!

The rice here is delicious and the portions are large, so it's recommended for people who want to eat a lot!

The author ate chicken nanban!

 

pinocchio

This is a bakery called "Pinocchio"

The exterior had a very fantasy feel to it!

The bread here is made by hand every day and is delicious with a hint of wheat flavor, so I highly recommend it!

(The owner was very kind and even gave me a piece of bread!)

Nonno e nonna

is a pizza shop called "Nonno e Nonna" located one minute walk from Awa Ikeda Bus Terminal

The food is baked in the oven after you order, so you can always eat freshly made food.

There are many different types of pizza, all of which are delicious.

(My recommendation is the Bambino pizza with tuna and corn on the far right of the photo!)
