We look forward to seeing the challenges of brave job seekers!

Recommended points

It really tells you what kind of company it is

Naturally, as you will come to the office, I think it's easier to convey the atmosphere of the company than an online information session.
From the creation of the content to the progress of the day, we create it in one stop within the company, so the content fully conveys the appeal of our company!

Difficulty for first-time users to enjoy

We form a team of employees who like puzzle-solving escape games and board games, and adjust the content to allow even first-time users who have no experience in solving puzzles to enjoy. We also hold test plays in-house, and some people had their first experience solving mysteries at the time, but we've been receiving comments saying, "It was fun" and "I'd like to participate again!"

It's a company information session, but it's fun

Of course, you should know about the company you will join in the future at the company information session, so it gives the impression that you are serious and strict... However, this event will be a fun two-hour event, as it will be a puzzle-solving escape game!

How it led to the event

Our company has many employees who like games that use their brains.
With a club activity system, the board game club holds board game and TRPG events irregularly, and
many board games are located in the shared space in the Osaka office at its headquarters.Board games in shared spaces

I also like puzzles/board games/mystery solving.
Until I became an adult, I also worked part-time as a staff member at a mystery-solving shop.
I thought that solving mysteries should be more widely known.

Affinity between puzzle solving and company employee skills

Personally, I believe that by participating in solving mysteries of 2-300 sizes, I have developed a variety of skills.
Not only is the thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to solve mysteries, but it also requires teaming up with strangers to cooperate, so communication skills have also improved.

Don't you think these skills are necessary even after you become a working adult? That's right, you'll need it!
In system development, you should take the best possible approach that suits the current situation, and this ability will be cultivated through mystery solving!
So let's enjoy solving the mystery of all humanity! (Obvious argument)

The trigger was a speech from the daytime

Our company meets at lunchtime every day to hold a daytime meeting. In this case, as a communication practice, the person on duty will give a 1-3 minute speech on a daily basis, based on the theme. One day, I heard a member say, "I want to try making an escape game within the company," and took advantage of this, gathering members and launching a project.

In-house tests held

In mid-December last year, we recruited members and held test plays within the company.
Members who don't usually interact with us, and those who are not involved in external escape games, also participated, so I thought it was a great opportunity to interact with us.
Many participants were new to the mystery-solving escape game, but the game ended without any major mistakes, and the post-play survey attracted very positive opinions.

This was the team's first time creating a mystery-solving escape game, but we would like to create a second installment in the future!
If you would like to participate this time and then create something interesting together, please proceed to the selection process and become an employee and be involved in creating your next work, and we are very welcome! LOL
First of all, we are looking forward to seeing you at the venue for this mystery-solving escape game.
