Recommended points

It really conveys what kind of company it is

Naturally, since you're coming to our office, we think it's easier to get a feel for the company atmosphere than in an online information session.
We handle everything from creating the content to running the information session on the day in-house, so the content will fully convey the appeal of our company!

A level of difficulty that even first-timers can enjoy

We've put together a team of employees who love puzzle-solving escape games and board games, and we've adjusted the content so that even first-time players with no experience solving puzzles can enjoy it. We've also conducted test plays within the company, and even though some people were trying puzzle solving for the first time, we've received feedback such as "It was fun" and "I want to participate again!"

It's a company information session, but it's fun

Of course, company information sessions are meant to teach you about the company you will be joining in the future, so they tend to have a serious and formal feel to them... But this event was centered around a puzzle-solving escape game, so I think it will be a fun two hours!

Background to the event

We have many employees who enjoy games that require thinking.
We also have a club activity system, and our board game club holds occasional board game and TRPG meetings.
There are many board games in the shared space at our Osaka office.Board games in the common area

I myself love puzzles, board games, and solving mysteries.
Before I started working, I even worked part-time as a staff member at a puzzle solving store.
I thought that puzzle solving should be more widely known.

The affinity between solving puzzles and company skills

Speaking personally, I believe that participating in solving 200 to 300 puzzles, large and small, has cultivated a variety of skills.
In addition to the thinking and problem-solving skills required to solve puzzles, my communication skills also improved because I had to work together as a team with strangers.

Don't you think these skills will be necessary even after you enter the workforce? Yes, they will be!
In system development, you should take the best possible measures depending on the current situation, and that ability is cultivated by solving puzzles!
So, let's all enjoy solving puzzles! (This is a radical statement.)

It all started with a speech at lunchtime assembly

At our company, everyone gathers at lunchtime every day for a lunch meeting. As a form of communication practice, a different person gives a 1-3 minute speech on a specific theme each day. One day, I heard a member say, "I want to make an escape game for the company," so I jumped on the bandwagon and gathered some other members to start the project

In-house testing

In mid-December last year, we recruited members and conducted a test play within the company.
We had members who we don't normally interact with, as well as people in positions of authority who wouldn't normally participate in an outside escape game, so we thought it was a great opportunity for interaction.
Many of the participants were playing a puzzle escape game for the first time, but they finished the game without making any major mistakes, and the post-play survey generated very positive feedback.
