Recommended points

It really conveys what kind of company it is

Since you'll be coming to our office, it's naturally easier to get a feel for our company culture than with an online information session.
We handle everything in-house, from content creation to the day's proceedings, so you can be sure that our company's appeal is fully conveyed!

A level of difficulty that even first-timers can enjoy

We've put together a team of employees who love puzzle-solving escape games and board games, and we've adjusted the content so that even first-time players with no experience solving puzzles can enjoy it. We've also conducted test plays within the company, and even though some people were trying puzzle solving for the first time, we've received feedback such as "It was fun" and "I want to participate again!"

It's a company information session, but it's fun

Of course, company information sessions are meant to teach you about the company you will be joining in the future, so they tend to have a serious and formal feel to them... But this event was centered around a puzzle-solving escape game, so I think it will be a fun two hours!

Background to the event

Many of our employees enjoy games that require strategic thinking.
We have a club system in place, and the Board Game Club holds irregular board game and TRPG (Tabletop Role-Playing Game) sessions.
There are also many board games available in the shared space at our Osaka office.Board games in the common area

I myself love puzzles, board games, and riddles.
Before becoming a working adult, I even worked part-time as a staff member at a riddle-solving shop.
As someone who enjoys riddles, I've always thought that they should be more widely known.

The affinity between solving puzzles and company skills

Speaking from personal experience, I believe that participating in 200-300 puzzle-solving events of varying sizes has helped me develop a variety of skills. Of course, this
includes the critical thinking and problem-solving abilities necessary for solving puzzles, but it also improved my communication skills, as I often had to work collaboratively with complete strangers.

Don't you think these skills are necessary even after you become a working adult? That's right, they are!
In system development, you should take the best course of action according to the current situation, and that ability is cultivated through puzzle-solving!
So let's all enjoy solving puzzles! (A bit of a wild claim)

It all started with a speech at lunchtime assembly

At our company, everyone gathers at lunchtime every day for a lunch meeting. As a form of communication practice, a different person gives a 1-3 minute speech on a specific theme each day. One day, I heard a member say, "I want to make an escape game for the company," so I jumped on the bandwagon and gathered some other members to start the project

In-house testing

In mid-December last year, we recruited members and conducted an internal test play. It
was a great opportunity for interaction, with members who don't usually interact, as well as executives who wouldn't typically participate in external escape games, joining in.
Many participants were first-timers at escape games, but the game finished without any major mistakes, and the post-game survey was overwhelmingly positive.
