Hello.
Beyond Inc. held its induction ceremony on April 1, 2025.
In this blog, we will provide details of the ceremony and the atmosphere at the social gathering that followed.
This year, we welcomed new colleagues from both Japan and overseas, making for an even more lively start to the new fiscal year!

Induction Ceremony

Message from the CEO
Haraoka, CEO of Beyond Co., Ltd.
He gave a heartfelt message of encouragement to all the new employees.

A total of nine new graduates will join Beyond in 2025.
Recently, we have been recruiting more female engineers, and the proportion of female members is increasing!

The number of people is gradually increasing and the atmosphere is becoming more lively! I'm looking forward to working together

the representative greeting, there will be greetings from the managers.

Each of the five managers gave a five-minute speech, expressing their expectations and feelings of welcome

All new employees are presented with their employment letters by the CEO.
It was a pleasure to see everyone receiving them.

Each new employee came forward to introduce themselves and talk about their aspirations for the future.
Although they were nervous, they all gave wonderful speeches that showed their individuality and were met with warm applause from the audience.

Closing remarks
from Director Morita. Morita usually works in Canada and participates remotely every year, but this year he returned to the Osaka headquarters to participate in person! The new employees were also very interested.

Social gathering

There was a social gathering after the induction ceremony, which we would like to introduce as well

The event was held at a restaurant in Namba, close to the venue for the induction ceremony!
We all enjoyed a pleasant time enjoying buffet-style food.

The new graduates were asked to move to different tables every 15 minutes, allowing them to interact with many employees. The
relaxed atmosphere naturally resulted in a time filled with smiles.

That was Beyond Inc.'s induction ceremony.
This was my second time as MC (the previous one was the job offer ceremony), but I was able to reduce the nervousness compared to last time. I
still have a lot to improve on, but I hope to improve my skills as an MC with each event!
