Hello.
Beyond Co., Ltd. held its new employee orientation ceremony on April 1st, 2025.
In this blog post, we will share details of the orientation ceremony and the atmosphere of the subsequent get-together.
This year, we welcomed new colleagues from both Japan and abroad, making for an even more lively start to the new fiscal year!

Induction Ceremony

The CEO
's address was given by Haraoka, CEO of Beyond Co., Ltd.
He delivered a heartfelt message of encouragement to the new employees.

A total of nine people will be joining Beyond as graduates in 2025.
Recently, we have been increasing our recruitment of female engineers, and the proportion of female members is growing!

The number of people is gradually increasing and the atmosphere is becoming more lively! I'm looking forward to working together

Greetings from the Managers
Following the representative's address, we will now hear greetings from the managers.

Each of the five managers gave a five-minute speech, expressing their expectations and feelings of welcome

Presentation of Employment Appointment Letters
: All new employees receive their employment appointment letters from the CEO.
I was happy to see everyone receiving theirs.

Greetings from New Employees:
Each new employee came forward to introduce themselves and share their aspirations for the future.
Despite their nervousness, each speech was wonderful and showcased their individuality, earning warm applause from the audience.

The closing remarks
were given by Director Morita. Mr. Morita usually works in Canada and participates remotely every year, but this year he returned to our Osaka headquarters to participate in person! The new employees were very interested.

Commemorative Photo
At the end of the induction ceremony, everyone took a commemorative photo together.
The new employees and senior employees, all with bright expressions, gathered together to create a picture that truly embodies the unity of Beyond.

Social gathering

There was a social gathering after the induction ceremony, which we would like to introduce as well

The event was held at a restaurant in Namba, near the venue of the company's induction ceremony!
We enjoyed a pleasant time while savoring a buffet-style meal.

We arranged for new employees to move tables every 15 minutes to allow them to interact with many different employees. The
relaxed atmosphere naturally resulted in a time filled with smiles.

After the induction ceremony

That concludes our report on the Beyond Inc. entrance ceremony.
This was my second time emceeing (the first time was the job offer ceremony), and I was able to manage my nervousness better than last time. I
still have a lot to improve on, but I hope to hone my emceeing skills with each event I do!
