Hello,
I'm miyoshi, in charge of recruitment at Beyond.
This time, I will write about the job offer ceremony that was held recently on Wednesday, October 1st.
In this article, we will introduce the types of informal offer ceremonies and social gatherings that Beyond holds for students who are interested in Beyond, those who are job-hunting, and companies who are curious about what other companies' informal offer ceremonies are like. I would like to be able to tell you about the situation and contents of the event.
How many Beyond students have been accepted for the 2026 graduate class?
This year, nine new graduates will join Beyond.
Our company has been hiring around 10 new graduates over the past few years.
This year, 7 out of 9 new graduates are women, so the proportion of female members is gradually increasing.
I'm looking forward to working with you next year!
What kind of clothes did you wear at Beyond's informal ceremony?
Although Beyond usually works in casual attire, since this was the job offer ceremony, both employees and new hires wore suits. Seeing
the Beyond members in formal attire, which is unusual for them, somehow made them look a little more upright.
The accepted applicants looked very fresh in their suits, and you could sense their awareness and anticipation of joining the workforce.
a while since I last put on a jacket, and I felt a little nervous as I hosted the event.
Opportunities to wear a suit are limited, but that's exactly why it was such a special day, where I was able to feel a renewed sense of "everything is just beginning."
Venue where the informal ceremony was held
This year's job offer ceremony was held at the Namba SkyO Convention Hall.
This was a different venue than usual, and it was my first time visiting the venue.
The venue is easily accessible, just a five-minute walk from the Beyond Osaka office, and directly connected to Nankai Namba Station.
Most of the employees in attendance were assistant managers or above, and the event began in a relaxed atmosphere with a comfortable seating area.

was about two and a half hours, including group work. It may seem short, but it was surprisingly packed with content!

I was the one who acted as the MC!
This was my third time hosting an employment offer ceremony or induction ceremony, and although I feel used to it, I still feel nervous every time (;^ω^).
Perhaps that's because I'm so aware that it's such an important occasion and a special time for everyone who attends.
Personally, it was a good opportunity to get myself in the groove.
Greetings from the representative director
Our CEO, Haraoka, addressed each of the accepted applicants by name and delivered a warm message. His message
was filled with the hope that they would cherish the time before joining the company, and was a powerful message of encouragement for all of them as they take their first steps as working adults.
Award of informal offer certificate
All the successful applicants came forward and Haraoka presented them with their job offer certificates.
In fact, I was in charge of preparing these job offer certificates, and these accepted applicants were the first new graduates I was involved in recruiting and selecting.
It made me very happy to see such special accepted applicants receiving their certificates.

After receiving their job offer certificates, the successful applicants came forward to introduce themselves and talk about their future aspirations.
As they talked about their hobbies and what they had focused on during their student days, they gave unique speeches that were full of humor and made the audience chuckle, creating a relaxed atmosphere. It
was very interesting to get a glimpse of everyone's true selves and personalities.

I sent a message via Zoom from Canada.
Morita's message, which we connected online despite the time difference, conveyed his feelings clearly even though we couldn't meet in person.

After the ceremony, the group took a break and then split into three teams of both accepted applicants and regular employees to participate in two different workshops.
The aim was to foster closer ties between the accepted applicants and Beyond members and deepen their interactions with each other.
This year's program consisted of two parts "We are ____!" and "App Project for Generation Z."
"We are ____!" , teams learn about each other by searching for three common traits.
"App Planning for Gen Z ," groups worked together to brainstorm ideas based on familiar issues, leading to lively discussions!
Participants were given small gifts of sweets, and the event was filled with a friendly atmosphere from start to finish.
This workshop was planned and run mainly by employees who graduated in 2024 and 2025.
We are grateful to everyone who took the time to prepare and provided thorough support for the accepted students!

Beyond's social gathering
After the job offer ceremony, we held a social gathering.
It was a casual atmosphere where participants enjoyed delicious food and drinks and had a chance to have natural conversations with employees.
For the prospective employees, this was a valuable opportunity to deepen their relationships before joining the company, and it was also a good time for employees to have leisurely conversations.
We made efforts to ensure that employees could talk with a variety of employees by setting aside time for seating changes several times during the event.
