Yes, the minimum usage period for the service is three months from the start of operation. If you wish to cancel the service, please submit your cancellation request at least one month before the desired cancellation month

Can I pay for cloud usage fees such as AWS and Google Cloud (GCP) by invoice (bank transfer)?

Yes, Beyond will calculate the exchange rate each month and issue an invoice converted to Japanese yen. Of course, we also accept payments by bank transfer

In addition, Beyond will charge you a 10% monthly fee for card payment processing and cloud support processing on your monthly cloud usage fee

Please tell me the payment method for the service

The standard is "closing on the last day of the month in which the service is delivered or used, with payment at the end of the following month." If you have a specific payment date, please contact us separately

How do I request a quote for a service?

Is it possible to enter into a contract to use the service?

◇ For cloud server construction and operation/maintenance/monitoring services,
the contract will be based on the contents of " Server Support Terms of Use "

Can you handle project requests from sole proprietors and freelancers?

Yes, Beyond also accepts project requests from sole proprietors and freelancers

However, since we mainly handle corporate transactions, we will handle requests from sole proprietors and freelancers only upon advance payment of the service fee (and after confirmation of receipt of the service fee)

Can you handle multi-layered business flows and projects?

We regret to inform you that Beyond does not accept projects in which the business flow or position is that of a third-tier contractor (third-tier subcontractor) or later

Are there any initial costs if I take over operation, maintenance, and monitoring from my own company or another company?

Yes, there is an initial fee from Beyond

Whether you are taking over a server environment from your own company or another company, the following initial tasks will be required

◇ Installation of the agent for Beyond's monitoring server (Zabbix) in the server environment to be monitored
◇ Setting the alert threshold for the monitoring server
◇ Investigation of the settings of the existing server environment
