This year's date and theme

This year's event will celebrate its 20th anniversary from September 15th (Thursday) to September 18th (Sunday).

The venue will be Makuhari Messe, and the entire building will be used.

The theme is

"Entertainment will change. The future will change."

New corner

AI Corner
This corner exhibits software, related hardware, games, services, etc. that utilize AI (artificial intelligence) technology.

New Platform Corner
This corner exhibits dedicated hardware such as set-top boxes (STBs), dedicated game software, and services.

VR corner
Software using VR (virtual reality) technology. This corner exhibits related hardware, games, services, etc.

Renewal corner

Family Game Park
A corner that introduces game software and related products that can be enjoyed by the whole family. Starting this year, the age limit for admission will be expanded to junior high school students and younger and their families. We also have a limited area for elementary school students and younger, as well as a dedicated food court for merchandise sales.

e-Sports Corner
The previous corner focused on e-Sports competitions organized by the organizers, but has been renewed to a corner that focuses on displaying game titles, peripherals, and related services. The same corner will also have a large stage where exhibitors can hold e-Sports tournaments.

Internet distribution

This time, with special cooperation from Dwango, exhibitors will be able to broadcast Niconico's official live broadcast.
(Free for 40 or more booths, special plan for less than 40 booths)

It seems that the number of participants at this year's conference has increased considerably compared to last year.

We are celebrating our 20th anniversary, and there is no doubt that the scale will be the largest ever.
This will be our second time exhibiting at the event this year.

Last year, we exhibited jointly with Escadora Co., Ltd.

Mr. Escadora a game based on TV Tokyo's mascot character "Nanana", so "Nanana" came to the booth to help.

I haven't decided what I'll be doing this year yet, but I think it will probably be a standalone exhibit.
