Is Beyond a server shop?
This is Nakauchi from the technical sales department.
I don't think there are many people in this world who can't explain their work easily.
I'm one of those few people. Honestly, even my family doesn't understand.
So I decided to write an article about it.
The back of a business card looks like this, and people often say,
“Is Beyond a server shop?”
"We're AWS (cloud provider), sorry..."
Or something like that.
"You're already using another server company, aren't you?"
That's a really common thing to say.
You might think of it as a server shop, but it's a little different.
Beyond is a company that keeps servers running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! !
As I said quite simply, there are many server companies such as AWS, GCP, IIJ GIO, IDCF Cloud, etc., and Beyond monitors the servers of those many server companies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure that no trouble occurs. If it happens, we will resolve it.
We also carry out regular checks to ensure that no problems occur.
So, whether it's a physical server or a cloud server, it doesn't matter which company's server you're using.
The response flow when a problem occurs with the server is as follows.
These services are called Management Services Providers
So, what kind of servers require MSP?
A server that will never fail
is.
Typical content (sites, etc.) are games that require communication, such as social games and browser games, and services such as EC sites (shopping sites) that would have a significant impact on sales if the server goes down.
We also receive requests from companies that have created a service but don't know anything about servers, or from companies that know about servers but cannot provide 24-hour support on their own.

If you have any trouble with the server, please let us know! !
