「Practitioners talk about real multi-cloud ~AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud~」

Teraoka from our system solutions department took the stage!

We were asked to speak on stage after Beyond obtained Gold Partner certification with the "Oracle Cloud" provided by Oracle Japan Co., Ltd.

This study session was titled ``Multi-cloud practitioners talk about the real world,'' and four speakers held sessions on the merits and demerits of multi-cloud.

Teraoka will be speaking on stage for the third time in his life, but for the first time in Tokyo.

We used half of the cafe space on the 22nd floor of Oracle's headquarters as an event venue, and we were all nervous about the height of the building, the size of the venue, and the stylish interior.

After increasing the number of seats three times, we had 80 participants, including many Oracle employees!

▲The moderator is Mr. Eternal from Oracle. I was responsible for everything from planning the event to hosting the event, and I learned a lot about how to run the event.

In this study session, the good and bad points of various clouds such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud, etc. were presented in an easy-to-understand manner with diagrams, and by knowing the results of verification, those who are considering multi-cloud We hope that this will serve as a reference for future operational policies.

At the social gathering that followed, everyone spoke kindly to us who had come from Osaka, and I was very moved by how warm and friendly they were!

Being invited to a study session in Tokyo is a very rewarding opportunity for me to gain experience both as an engineer and as a public relations officer at our company, so I would like to go out more and increase our interactions! It was the 1th that I felt.

There will also be a Beyond study session in Tokyo on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, so we are looking forward to seeing everyone in the Kanto region again! !
