Color the countryside with IT! Persian cat will introduce you to our Shikoku office!
Hello!
This is Inoue, a Persian cat from Beyond Shikoku Office.
In March, we opened a satellite office, the Shikoku Office, in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture.
Speaking of Miyoshi City, it is a tourist destination that represents Tokushima, and a rural area that represents Japan! !
“An IT company in such a rural area??”
Wait a minute! ! ! !
I want to say it out loud! ! ! ! !
Or rather...let me say it! ! ! ! !
"No, no! We're an IT company because we're in such a rural area!!"
Being in the countryside, the possibilities are endless! Pioneering! Pioneering!
Because even in rural areas, the internet is connected!
A nice workplace, lively colleagues, and the internet.
Yes! ! Now you're all set! !
You can freely coordinate your office to be popular.
This is a photo of the office where we work.
Director Morita has a very good sense of interior coordination. (Applause!)
The sofa was actually given to us from the principal's office of a closed school.
I'm sure it's something that's rarely used in cities.
The Shikoku office is an old inn. Our office is located on the 2nd floor of the former Masami Ryokan.
In addition to Beyond, as of June, 5 other companies are working hard every day at the former Masami Ryokan.
There is a shared space on the 1st floor.
I have lunch with people from other companies who happen to have breaks and have irregular networking events!
Beyond also had a welcome party.
The udon noodles and dark highball were delicious! ! (lol)
People you want to work with! Raise your hand!
"Yes! Yes! Me! Me!" (lol)
When I meet people from other companies, they say things
like
"Did you get your hair cut?" "I went to this place on my day off." You will naturally smile in an environment where you can have casual conversations. Conversations with people from other industries are stimulating.
You have connections like this with people other than the employees of the company you work for.
On a nice day, take a walk in the courtyard for a change of pace...♪
Finally... What led me to change jobs because I was particular about working locally
All of my childhood friends have difficulty finding jobs in their hometowns, so they are trying their best to get jobs outside the prefecture.
Meanwhile, I was particular about working locally.
At the end of last year, I found a job posting for Beyond Co., Ltd.
``I'm not sure what I want to do'' `
`If I choose a job based on what I can do, I don't have many options''
"Then let's do what I can't do!
There are more things I can't do than what I can do!"
There were many other reasons for joining Beyond, but
my first step was as follows.
In such a rural area, I was particular about working locally, but I found a connection with Beyond Co., Ltd., and
was able to work in a type of industry that had never existed in my hometown.
Every day, I am working hard with my colleagues at the Shikoku office, going through a process of trial and error.
Although I was born and raised in the countryside, I
am able to work in my hometown with the same sense of speed as in the city, and with the skills I put in through my own efforts.
Did you get to know and get a feel for Beyond Shikoku Office Co., Ltd., the goodness of Miyoshi City, and the charm of the former Masami Ryokan?
Thank you for reading to the end.
