Color the countryside with IT! Persian cat will introduce you to our Shikoku office!

Hello!
I'm Inoue, a Persian cat from Beyond Inc.'s Shikoku office.
In March, we opened a satellite office in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture.
Miyoshi City is a popular tourist destination in Tokushima and one of Japan's most rural areas!

"An IT company in such a rural area?!"

Wait a minute!!!
I want to say it loud and clear!!!
Or rather...let me say it!!!

"No, no! It's an IT company because it's such a rural area!!"

Because it's the countryside, the possibilities are endless! Explore! Explore!
Because even in the countryside, there's internet access!
A great workplace, lively colleagues to work with, and the internet.
Yes!! With this, you're all set!!

You can freely coordinate your office to look popular

This is a photo of the office where we work.
Our director, Morita, has an incredible sense of interior coordination. (Applause!)
The sofa was actually given to us from the principal's office of a closed school.
It's certainly a rare use of space in the city.
Our Shikoku office is an old inn. Our office is on the second floor of the former Masaumi Ryokan.
As of June, five other companies besides Beyond are working hard at their jobs in the former Masaumi Ryokan.
There is a shared space on the first floor.
We have lunch with other companies who happen to have the same break time, and we also hold occasional social gatherings!
Beyond also held a welcome party for us.
The udon noodles and strong highballs were delicious!! (laughs)

Raise your hand if you want to work with us!

"Yes! Yes! It's me! It's me!" (laughs)
When I meet people from other companies, I can have casual conversations like "Thank you for your hard work,"
"Did you get your hair cut?" and "I went to this place on my day off,"
and it makes me smile naturally.
Conversations with people from other industries are stimulating.
realize there were connections like this outside of just the employees of the company I work for.
On nice days, I take a walk in the courtyard to change my mood...♪

Finally... What made me want to work locally?

All my childhood friends have had difficulty finding work in their hometowns, so they are working hard at jobs outside the prefecture.
Meanwhile, I was determined to work locally.
At the end of last year, I came across a job posting for Beyond Co., Ltd.
"I'm not sure what I want to do."
"If I choose a job based on what I can do, my options are limited."

"Then I'll make a living doing something I can't do!
There are more things I can't do than there are things I can do!"

There are many other reasons why I joined Beyond, but
this was my first step.
I was determined to work locally in this rural area, but through Beyond Co., Ltd. I
was able to work in an industry that had never existed in my hometown before.
Every day, I go through a process of trial and error, working hard with my colleagues in the Shikoku office.
Born and raised in this rural area, I
am able to work locally with the same speed as in the city, and with the skills I have acquired, depending on my own efforts.
Have you learned and felt even a little about Beyond Co., Ltd.'s Shikoku office, the good things about Miyoshi City, and the charm of the former Masaumi Ryokan?

Thank you for reading to the end.
