Let's infuse the countryside with IT! A Persian cat will introduce you to our Shikoku office!

Hello!
This is Inoue, the Persian cat from Beyond Co., Ltd.'s Shikoku office.
In March, our satellite office, the Shikoku office, was established in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture.
Miyoshi City is a representative tourist destination of Tokushima, and also a representative rural area of Japan!!

"An IT company in such a rural area?!"

Wait, wait, wait a minute!!!!
I want to say this loud and clear!!!!
Or rather... let me say it!!!!

"No, no! It's an IT company because it's such a rural area!!"

Because it's the countryside, the possibilities are endless! Let's explore! Let's explore!
Because even in the countryside, we have internet access!
A great workplace, enthusiastic colleagues to work with, and internet access.
Yes! With this, we're all set!

You can freely coordinate your office to look popular

These are photos of our office. Our
director, Morita, has done an amazing job with the interior design! (Applause!)
The sofa was actually taken from the principal's office of a school that has been closed down.
I'm sure it's a rare use of space in the city.
Our Shikoku office is in a former inn. Our office is
on the second floor of the former Seikai Ryokan. As of June, five other companies besides Beyond are working there every day.
There is a shared space on the first floor.
We sometimes have lunch with other companies when our break times happen to overlap, and we also have irregular get-togethers!
Beyond was also given a welcome party.
The udon and strong highballs were delicious! (laughs)

Raise your hand if you want to work with us!

"Yes! Yes! It's me! It's me!" (laughs)
When I meet people from other companies, I can have lighthearted conversations like, "Good work today," "
Did you get a haircut?", or "I went to this place on my day off," which
naturally brings a smile to my face.
Conversations with people from other industries are stimulating.
It's amazing how you can make connections with people outside of your own company.
On nice days, I take a stroll in the courtyard to clear my head...♪

Finally... What made me want to work locally?

My childhood friends all had difficulty finding jobs in our hometown and are working hard in other prefectures.
Meanwhile, I was determined to work locally.
At the end of last year, I found a job posting from Beyond Co., Ltd.
"I'm not sure what I want to do."
"If I choose a job based on what I can do, my options are limited."

"Well then, let's make a career out of things I can't do!
I have far more things I can't do than things I can do!"

There are many other reasons why I joined Beyond, but
this is how my first step began. I
was determined to work in my hometown, a rural area, and I was fortunate enough to find Beyond Co., Ltd., which allowed me
to work in an industry that didn't exist in my hometown before.
Every day, I go through a process of trial and error, working hard with my colleagues at this Shikoku office.
I was born and raised in this rural area, but
I can now work locally with the same speed as in the city, and my skills depend on my own efforts. I hope you've
learned a little about and felt the charm of Beyond Co., Ltd.'s Shikoku office, the good points of Miyoshi City, and the appeal of the former Seikai Ryokan

Thank you for reading to the end
