[Congratulations on your job offer! 】Introducing the 2023 new graduate unofficial ceremony✨
Hello!
My name is YK and I work as an infrastructure engineer and HR manager at Beyond.
I will write about informal offer ceremony that took place on October 3rd
This article will be useful for students who are interested in Beyond, those who are job-hunting, companies who are curious about what other companies' job offer ceremonies are like, etc.
I hope you know what the Beyond offer ceremony was like.
Number of prospective employees
There were eight people graduating in 2023
clothing
a suit .
At BEYOND, we work in plain clothes, so the only time we wear a suit is basically for informal job offers and joining ceremonies.
It's a rare sight because it's hard to see Beyond members in suits.
venue
→It's about a 5-minute walk from the Beyond Osaka office.

opening greetings
Moderator YK did it.
A lot of Beyond members wearing suits looked at me and I was like, ((+_+)).
Greetings from the representative director
Greetings from Mr. Haraoka, our representative director.
He called each of the people who had been offered a job offer by name and talked about how he wanted them to make the most of their time before joining the company.
Award of informal offer certificate
When all the applicants had their names called, they came forward one by one and Mr. Haraoka handed them a certificate of offer.
When I was also a candidate for a job offer, I remembered how happy I was when Mr. Haraoka handed me the letter of offer.
Greetings from prospective employees
As with the awarding of certificates of offer, we asked each person who had been offered a job offer to come forward and say hello.
I think the people who had been offered the job were very nervous, but each one gave a unique greeting!
Closing remarks
Director Morita-san gave the closing address.
Like Mr. Haraoka, Mr. Morita also expressed his desire to make the most of the remaining period before joining the company.
Surprisingly, they conducted a survey in advance of new graduates in their third year or so on how they would like to spend their time before joining the company.
From Mr. Haraoka's story and Mr. Morita's story, I could feel how much he cares about all the people who have been offered job offers.
group work
After the break, there will be group work.
We divided into groups with prospective employees and employees and performed a total of three tasks.
The content of the group work was intense, so I would like to introduce the details in a separate article.
If I just write a rough outline
- A work where prospective employees ask questions to Beyond employees and compete for the most questions.
- paper tower for business
- Work to think about what would be the best addition to Beyond's core values (communication, speed, hospitality)
I did.
The members who prepared it were 21st and 22nd graduates. thank you very much.
photo shoot
We took a group photo!
Although you can't see it due to the lighting, the CEO of Beyond Canada's office is visible on the screen in the back.
They connected via Zoom from Canada in the middle of the night and participated in the official job offer ceremony in Japan.
Social gathering
After the informal ceremony, we had a social gathering.
We rented out the restaurant, and the prospective employees and employees interacted with each other over delicious food and drinks.
The above Beyond Co., Ltd.'s informal offer ceremony in 2020 .
I would be happy if all the prospective employees were looking forward to joining Beyond.
We are confidently waiting for 23-year-old graduates at BEYOND!
