I will write an article about `Employment Offer Ceremony which was held on October 3rd

At Beyond, employees are required to wear casual clothes, so the only times I wear a suit are for the job offer ceremony and induction ceremony

It's a rare sight to see Beyond members in suits

Message from the CEO

This is a greeting from our company's representative director, Mr. Haraoka

He called out the names of each accepted candidate and told them that he wanted them to make the most of their time before joining the company

 

 

Award of job offer

Once all the accepted applicants' names were called, they each came forward and were handed their job offer certificates by Mr. Haraoka

I remembered how happy I was when I was a job offer recipient and Mr. Haraoka handed me my job offer certificate

 

 

Greetings from new recruits

As with the awarding of job offer certificates, each accepted candidate was asked to come forward and give a speech

I'm sure the accepted applicants were very nervous, but each one gave a unique greeting!

 

 

Closing remarks

Director Morita gave the closing remarks

Like Haraoka, Morita also expressed his desire to make the most of the time remaining before joining the company

Amazingly, they even conducted a survey in advance of their talk, asking employees who had been with the company for up to three years about how they thought it would be best to spend their time before joining the company

 

Both Haraoka-san and Morita-san's stories conveyed their deep appreciation for the accepted applicants

The accepted applicants and employees were divided into groups and performed a total of three workshops

The group work was very in-depth, so I hope to be able to share the details in a separate article

• A workshop to think about what would be good to add to Beyond's core values ​​(communication, speed, hospitality)

The restaurant was rented out for the event, and new hires and employees interacted with each other over delicious food and drinks
