About YouTube Management
When I joined the company,① there was no dedicated person, ② we had no video footage, and ③ there was no established editing formatwe were starting from scratch because
I felt that I had to do something about it, so I took the following action!
- I gave a presentation at an internal study group to raise awareness of YouTube
- Creating templates for use in videos, such as fonts and subtitle materials
- Only long videos were available, so I made a short video
- To create a sense of unity in the videos, we devised catchy lines and other elements, etc.
In the presentation at the internal training session, the aim was to introduce people to YouTube while alsolack of video footagehighlighting thethe goal of increasing the number of people willing to help with filming.
After the presentation, I was approached more often and it became easier for me to move around the company!

Things to keep in mind when creating videos
This is something that has been changed since I joined the team, but there are three things to be careful of
- Bold text
- Use color to emphasize text
- Use text and sound effects together

First and foremost, the primary function of text is to be "readable," so there's basically no reason to make it thinner.
*This does not apply to some stylish videos such as vlogs, where thin fonts are the norm
Since exposure is important, I create videos with the goal of "how to make them stand out" in mind
