[White Company Certification] We have been upgraded to Gold rank!

My name is Ken and I am a member of the "Diversity and Work Style Reform Promotion Project" (commonly known as Hataraku)

Last year, we were able to be promoted to "White Company Certified Silver Rank," and this year we have been able to be promoted even further to "Gold Rank."

We have created a new corporate website to more widely communicate our company philosophy and initiatives both inside and outside the company

Cross-cultural exchange meeting

We have implemented business training to help employees gain an international perspective and understand different cultures

With employees of diverse nationalities active in the company, this cross-cultural experience allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of cultures other than Japan, further improving their intercultural communication. For more details about the exchange event, please refer to the blog below

In the workplace, employees are given freedom to choose their hairstyles and clothing so that they can concentrate on their work without stress. As part of the project, Beyond members are sharing their work styles
