My name is Ken and I am a member of the "Diversity and Work Style Reform Promotion Project" (commonly known as Hataraku)
Last year, we were able to be promoted to "White Company Certified Silver Rank," and this year we have been able to be promoted even further to "Gold Rank."

Efforts taken to achieve Gold Rank
This time, we will introduce some excerpts from the efforts we made to rank up to Gold
Creating a corporate website
We have created a new corporate website to more widely communicate our company philosophy and initiatives both inside and outside the company
Through this website, we are now able to promote our company's efforts and values not only internally but also externally, with greater transparency than ever before. Please take a look at the website, which contains information on what we have done so far and our future direction
Cross-cultural exchange meeting
We have implemented business training to help employees gain an international perspective and understand different cultures
With employees of diverse nationalities active in the company, this cross-cultural experience allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of cultures other than Japan, further improving their intercultural communication. For more details about the exchange event, please refer to the blog below

Initiatives toward the SDGs
We are actively implementing specific initiatives towards the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), including creating a comfortable working environment, training young engineers, and promoting a paperless society

Other Initiatives
In the workplace, employees are given freedom to choose their hairstyles and clothing so that they can concentrate on their work without stress. As part of the project, Beyond members are sharing their work styles
We are also revising our rules to create a more inclusive work environment that takes into consideration LGBTQ+ and other diversity issues. Details regarding dress code are posted on our blog, so if you're interested in how Beyond members work, please take a look
