[White Company Certification] Ranked up to Gold Rank!
table of contents
I'm Ken, a member of the "Diversity and Work Style Reform Promotion Project" (commonly known as Hataraku).
Last year, we were able to improve our rank to "White Company Certification Silver Rank," and this year we were able to further improve our rank to "Gold Rank."
Last year, our Hataraku members wrote a blog about acquiring the Silver rank, so please check out last year's blog for information about the efforts they took to acquire the Silver rank.
Initiatives taken to obtain gold rank
This time, I would like to introduce some excerpts of the efforts I made to improve my rank to Gold.
Creating a corporate site
We have created a new corporate website in order to disseminate our company's philosophy and initiatives more widely both inside and outside the company.
Through this site, we are now able to communicate our efforts and values not only internally, but also externally, with greater transparency than ever before. We have written about what we have been working on so far and our future guidelines, so please take a look.
Cross-cultural exchange meeting
We have provided business training to gain an international perspective and understand different cultures.
Through this cross-cultural experience, employees of diverse nationalities were able to gain a deep understanding of cultures other than Japan, further improving cross-cultural communication. For detailed information about the exchange meeting, please refer to the blog below.
[Cross-Cultural Exchange Meeting ~Canada Edition~] Let's experience different cultures at work!
Initiatives towards SDGs
Our company is actively developing specific initiatives towards SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). This includes creating a comfortable working environment, training young engineers, and promoting a paperless environment.
Details of specific initiatives are summarized in the "SDGs Initiatives" section on the following page. Please take a look and find out how we are contributing to the SDGs.
Other initiatives
At the workplace, we allow employees the freedom to choose their hairstyles and clothing so that they can concentrate on their work without stress. As part of the project, we are transmitting the style in which Beyond members work.
We are also working to revise our rules in order to take into account diversity, including LGBTQ+ people, and create a comfortable working environment. We have detailed information about clothing on our blog, so if you are interested in how Beyond members work, please take a look.
summary
I have excerpted some of them and put them up in a blog format, but I hope you find them helpful.
All project members will continue to work together to create an environment that is easier for employees to work in. We will also continue to work hard to achieve the highest rank, platinum.
Thank you for reading to the end.
