It's about time for new graduates to begin their training in earnest.
It may be a difficult time from now on, but from the perspective of life, it's like a drop of water falling into a pond, so let's cut corners (in a good way) and do our best.

Last month, in mid-April, the author took a 4-hour bus ride from Osaka to our company's Shikoku office (Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture) on a business trip for about a week! (Large, open sky)

I may be presumptuous while my predecessors are writing blogs, but I would like people to know the atmosphere of the Miyoshi office and its surroundings, so I would like to write a report with a lot of photos (compared to our company)!

What is Shikoku Office? ?

For those who don't know in the first place!

The Shikoku Office a satellite office where Beyond is based in the "Former Masami Ryokan" in Ikeda-cho, Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture .

▼ Entrance

The building, which used to be an inn, has been renovated and reborn as a rental office.
Our office is located on the second floor here. This time, I worked in this building for about a week.
The town as a whole was laid-back and had a calm atmosphere, so I was able to work in a relaxing atmosphere, which was different from Osaka, and I really enjoyed it.

We need food to live, right?
A convenient store in front of the station is " Daily Mart Frespo Awa Ikeda " on the left side of the map. We have a wide selection of products and are open until 9pm. Just 5 minutes walk from the office
, another 5 minutes from the station? As you walk, you will see " Sunshine Ikeda store " on the right side of the map. Best of all, there is an abundance of local ingredients. The Hassaku below is an unbelievable 120 yen. Local production for local consumption is the best.

■ Bridge

The famous Kazurabashi Bridge is too far to go, so it's about a 30 minute walk from the center. I went to Shikinokami Bridge

In fact, this bridge is for pedestrians only, as cars cannot pass through it.
It's narrow and the footholds are rough. If you drop something small, it will go straight into the river.

A slender pedestrian suspension bridge that spans the dam lake.
The height of the tower is 18.35m, the spacing between tower pillars is 160.6m, and the width is 1.7m.
There are H girders on both sides of the tower, and windproof measures have been installed on both sides of the passageway to prevent shaking.

■ Restaurant

I didn't eat out much to save money and stay healthy, but I'll introduce a little bit 🍣

is especially popular for lunch. There are 4 types of set meals to choose from, but this is very annoying.
I thought about it for 30 minutes before ordering the bonito tataki set meal. Exquisite.

heso salon's signature menu is game food, and they mainly serve wild boar and venison.
(It seems like it's hard to get boar meat this year, so there isn't much in stock.)

So I had venison skewers

and Tokushima local beer (Sudachi).

It's crowded with customers day and night (I took this photo before it opened).

The accommodation facility, 4S STAY, is similar to a hostel, which surprised me a lot, but it turned
out to be a very busy place with foreign tourists, with travelers from Europe and the Middle East coming to stay every day. .
The Beyond members have been helping us every month, and the employees have been very kind to us as well. It was very comfortable.
