Refreshment leave is a system for employees who have been with the company for five years or more, and provides 10 consecutive days off and merit pay.

The 10 consecutive business days include at least two Saturdays and Sundays, so it's actually 14 consecutive days off.

I think you can only get 14 days off when you quit your job as a working adult, but it's nice to be able to get it after working for 5 years.

Moreover, this vacation occurs every five years, so you can take it at each milestone of five years, such as the 10th and 15th year.

It was a long itinerary of 5 nights and 6 days, so we traveled extensively from the north to the south and to remote islands. It's a big rampage.

I thought it was a good idea to reserve the rental car early.

As we get closer, the only cars left are luxury cars like Lexus, cars that are a bit difficult to drive like microbuses (we're a family of four...), and ridiculously high-end light cars that cost around 30,000 yen a day.

River trekking in Nakijin Village left an impression on me, and the scenery of the river and the driftwood that seemed to have stopped in time made it seem like nothing was left out.

The chirping of the birds was also unique, and I was reminded once again that the sounds that I don't usually hear are the sounds of Okinawa's forests.

It took about 2 hours to reach the final stop, the waterfall basin. We had a relaxing time there, jumping into the waterfall and drinking coffee brewed by our guide.

Also, since it's a long vacation, I thought it would be a waste not to do something, so I brought a Raspberry PI, a mobile monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, a mobile battery, etc. for this occasion, but it didn't even turn on. .
