[Company system] I took a refreshing vacation and went to various places.

Hello, this is Nagata from the System Development Department.
In October, I used the company's "refreshment leave" to go sightseeing and have fun, so I'd like to introduce you to it.
This article has a lot of photos, so please take a look.
What is the refresh leave system?
Refresh leave is a leave system that members who have been with the company for five years or more since being hired as full-time employees can take it every five years.
The system is such that you can take two weeks of vacation at a time, and you will also receive 100,000 yen in merit pay.

Introduction
The vacation also served as a honeymoon, so my wife basically came with me.
The concept for this vacation was ``Let's go to various places, eat, drink, have fun, and relax,'' so instead of going on a long stay trip, I went to various places and had fun.
First, go to the squirrel garden in Machida.
On the first day of my refreshment vacation, I went to a squirrel garden in Machida, Tokyo.
My wife loves small animals and wanted to go to a squirrel garden this vacation, so we went right away from the first day.
They were kept free-range, and when I had food they would climb up on me (lol)
When I brought the food close to its mouth, it grabbed it with its small hands and skillfully peeled the skin off and ate it. It was so cute.
Besides squirrels, there were also guinea pigs and rabbits.
It was so cute.
Next is Korea
After the squirrel garden, we went to Korea, which was the main event of this vacation.
We departed from Narita Airport and arrived at Incheon Airport in about 2 and a half hours. After arriving in Seoul by bus around 3:00 pm and checking in at the hotel, we first went to Gwangjang Market.
It's a traditional street market in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and there were a lot of different stalls lined up, and since it was a holiday, there were a lot of people.
I ate authentic tteokbokki at a food stall. It was chewy and very delicious.
I also went to a store that mainly sells yukhoe.
It's been a long time since I've eaten raw meat in Japan, so it was really delicious.
The dancing octopus called Sannatchi was also very delicious (although the movement was a bit disgusting).
On the second day, I went shopping in Myeongdong and saw NANTA.
NANTA was a cooking musical in which they were chopping vegetables to the rhythm.
Although I thought the ingredients were a bit of a waste, the show itself was very interesting.
The night after going to Myeong-dong, I went to eat samgyeopsal.
The authentic samgyeopsal was very delicious.
I ate too many other things and my stomach was bloated (lol)
On the third day, we went on a tour of the North-South Border (DMZ).
I was able to learn a lot about the history of South and North Korea, and it was a great learning experience.
It would be great if we could unify North and South in my lifetime. .
On the fourth day, we briefly looked at souvenirs and other items, then returned to Incheon Airport and returned to Japan.
It was my first trip to Korea, and there were surprisingly many people who could speak Japanese, so it was easy to spend time there.
The cityscape was nice and the food was delicious, so I would like to go there again if I have the chance.
After Korea, glamping (Chichibu)
After enjoying our trip to Korea, we took a day to relax at home, and then went glamping to Chichibu.
My wife and I had been talking about going there for quite some time, so we decided to make it happen on this refreshing vacation.
I headed to the site using the Chichibu Express and bus, and it was good that it was located in a place that was easily accessible by public transportation.
Since it was Halloween time, the decorations were decorated in a Halloween style and looked stylish.
The interior decoration was Halloween style, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
In the evening, the long-awaited barbecue is coming.
The meat was extremely tender and very delicious.
It was great to have a barbecue while listening to the sound of the river.
After finishing the barbecue, we lit a bonfire while drinking mulled wine.
Staring at the bonfire calmed my mind and made me feel very healed.
I think I watched the bonfire in silence for about two hours (lol).
There was also a planetarium installed in the room, hot sandwiches for breakfast, and other services that made it very comfortable and satisfying.
If I have a chance, I would like to go glamping again.
Last, go to Disney Sea
The final event of our refreshing vacation was DisneySea.
I went there for the first time in about 6 years.
The weather was very nice, and since it was a weekday during the off-season, there were relatively few people (still, the average wait was about 70 minutes (lol)),
and it was comfortable and a lot of fun.
I was able to reserve a spot for the show two hours in advance and get a special seat to watch it, and it was powerful, beautiful, and amazing. .
summary
It was my first time taking such a long break since I started working, but I was able to go to many different places and have a very meaningful time.
I can only thank the company for giving me this opportunity and the members who worked so hard even when I wasn't there during the holidays.
Thank you again!
That's it.
