リフレッシュ休暇制度とは
社員とその家族の心身のリフレッシュを目的とし、有給休暇とは別に取得することができる休暇制度です。
制度の取得条件
☑正社員採用から5年以上在籍の場合に、2週間の休暇が5年ごとに取得可能
☑5年間有効
☑長期休暇の体験談をブログ・SNSの記事にする
制度のポイント
◇10万円の功労金を支給！
◇個人で好きな時に取得できる連続休暇
◇海外旅行等の充実したスケジュールを組むことが可能！
◇休暇中も勤務中と同等の給与が支払われます！！
