Hello!
My name is Takenaka and I work in the System Solutions Department as part of the Diversity and Work Style Reform Project (commonly known as Hataraku)
This time, we would like to inform you that Beyond has been registered as a business operator for the "Declaration of Vibrant Men and Women" as of December 11, 2024!
What is the "Declaration of Vibrant Men and Women" business registration system?
This is a system in which Osaka Prefecture supports businesses that are willing to promote initiatives that allow both men and women to work actively, such as "utilizing women's abilities" and "supporting work-life balance," by registering them as "Vibrant and Healthy Men and Women Declaration" businesses
Once obtained, your business will be able to be listed on the Osaka Prefecture website as a registered business initiative
Registration process
*For details on how to apply, please refer to the Osaka Prefecture website below
About the "Vital Men and Women Declaration" Business Registration System
For our company, things have progressed in this way
① Fill out and submit the application form and the initiative status survey form
② Hearing via Zoom
③ Registration completion notification
④ Confirmation of content posted on the Osaka Prefecture website
① Fill out and submit the application form and the initiative status survey form
Application form (Word) : Please include your company's location, business activities, internal initiatives, etc. You can also apply for certification as an "Osaka City Leading Company for Women's Participation" at the same time.
Initiative status survey form (Excel) : You will answer a multiple-choice questionnaire regarding the activities you are currently carrying out, such as women's participation in the workforce, supporting men's participation in childcare, promoting work-life balance, and working together as a team.
Once you have prepared the above two items, please refer to the application information on the site and contact us to apply
We applied via email
② Hearing via Zoom
After submitting my application, I received a call the next day to arrange a date and the interview took place over Zoom for about an hour
There were two representatives from Osaka Prefecture, and the meeting proceeded in an interview-like atmosphere
Basically, it seemed like most of the questions delved deeper into the content that I had written in the free response section of the survey on the status of our efforts that I had completed in advance
We answered questions about how we learned about the "Declaration for Vibrant and Healthy Men and Women" and, in our case, the initiatives we are taking in our Diversity and Work Style Reform Project (commonly known as "Hataraku")
Although no prior preparations were required for the interview, I think it would be easier to proceed if you put together a simple list of initiatives in advance
③ Registration completion notification
Five days after the interview, I received an email confirming that my registration was successful!
A few days later, I received a registration certificate (A4 size), a sticker (palm-sized), and a sticker for my business card at the head office address I had listed on the application form
④ Confirmation of content posted on the Osaka Prefecture website
As mentioned at the beginning, after registration, the details of the initiative will be posted on the Osaka Prefecture website
Based on the interview results, the Osaka Prefecture representative will compile a list of initiatives, and we will then confirm the content that will be published
Please take a look at our efforts below!
(There is a lot I want to write about, so this post is quite long haha)
