Hello!
Hello!
This is Kawai from the System Solutions Department.

This time we held
the fourth " Intercultural Exchange Meeting (Vietnam Edition) Hataraku PJ Simply put, the Hataraku Project is the name of a group that discusses internal systems and works to create an environment that is easy for employees to work in. (Please see the blog below for details on our main activities.)

What is a cross-cultural exchange meeting?

The cross-cultural exchange event is an event held irregularly by the Hataraku Project, with the aim of helping our international employees understand the cultures of their home countries and other countries.
In the past, we have held events in Canada🍁, China🐼, and India🍛.

Held during lunch breaks, the events promote cultural understanding through quizzes and serve iconic snacks from each country.
They are well-received by employees who have participated every time (according to our company).

Past events can be found here ▼

Vietnam Edition: What it was like on the day🌺

Perhaps it was because intercultural exchange events have become more widely known, or perhaps it was just good timing, but this was the most attended event we have ever had

Light snacks included deep-fried seafood spring rolls and beef salad. The fish sauce was delicious and had a unique flavor.
(Cilantro was served separately, so those who like it could just munch on it.)

The event also featured not only food, but also a variety of multiple choice questions (raising hands) about Vietnamese culture and life.
The answers were surprisingly varied, which made for a very lively event.

Below are some of the quiz questions!

1) What is the staple food?
A: Rice B: Pho C: Bread

2) What is your main mode of transportation?
A: Bicycle B: Train C: Motorbike

3) What is the most common payment method?
A: Cash B: Bank transfer C: Credit card

The answer is at the end of the article!

By the way, the food we got this time was 88 NAMBA, which

looks very ethnic. They also serve frog dishes, which made me, a weird food hunter, want to go there on my own.
Thank you, 88 NAMBA!
