What is an intercultural exchange event?

The intercultural exchange eventis held irregularly as part of the Hataraku Project, with the aim of fostering cultural understanding among our current employees from overseas. In the past, we've held events focusing onCanada🍁 (because we have an office there) and China 🐼.

Held during lunch breaks, the event promotes cultural understanding through quizzes and serves iconic snacks from each country. It has always been well-received by employees who have participated. (Click here for past events.)

To that end, as part of the recently-mentioned "diversity and inclusion" initiative, we aim to promote mutual understanding with employees from overseas, and we would like to continue to actively hold events like this in the future!
