Online game company information session

We held a company information session within a popular online game that is popular all over the world. Materials that would normally be distributed at a company information session were projected onto a wall block. Questions and answers were exchanged through chat within the game, which allowed for a more level-headed atmosphere than a regular company information session

2021: For 2022 graduates

Virtual 1-day internship

The virtual one-day internship program was conducted within the online game tool "8x9Craft." In addition to programming missions, participants were tasked with completing a variety of missions within the game, including one that allowed them to experience troubleshooting server operations. By experiencing a simulated work experience, participants were able to learn about the work that Beyond does

Metaverse Interview

In a Metaverse interview, both the interviewer and the job seeker wear VR goggles and the interview takes place in a 3D space. As with a virtual interview, name, age, educational background, and gender are not important, and the focus is on the job seeker's inner self and aptitude for engineering. The immersive, realistic virtual space of 3D allows you to express your individuality

Recruitment content: Escape game company briefing

Escape Game Company Information Session is an online game where you aim to escape while solving mysteries about the company. AI & Virtual Interviews

AI interviews were conducted as first-round interviews, with unified selection criteria, ensuring a fair and impartial selection process. Interviews can be conducted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, regardless of time or location, reducing the burden on both companies and job seekers. Beyond conducted virtual interviews in 2022, which allowed them to find the talent they were looking for, and so they decided to conduct virtual interviews again

Escape Game-Style Company Information Session "Escape from a Hijacked Company Information Session"

The escape game-style company information session was held in person at Beyond's Osaka office. Unlike regular information sessions, where a recruiter simply relays information, this format allows job seekers to learn about the company on their own by solving puzzles. The puzzles were created by an in-house engineer who loves solving puzzles, and the event was run entirely by Beyond employees

Virtual Interview

We have conducted virtual interviews multiple times to date, but in order to continue using virtual interviews as a common form of recruitment for new graduates, we created a new official character, "Sabano Miru," which can be used as an avatar for interviewers, and conducted virtual interviews
