A certain day's flow

Morning routine

Shirai: In the morning, we first check the inquiries and emails we receive from our clients and users, and then the day begins with each response. We strive to respond carefully and smoothly by thinking about how to respond according to the content and collaborating with other members if necessary.

After that, we reviewed our own service development tasks and organized what we should be working on now. We arrange ongoing projects by prioritization, allowing us to proceed efficiently.

In addition, within the company, we also participate in the device team (the team that manages internal devices) and the Organizational Culture Committee (the team that stimulates communication between employees), so it is essential to organize each task. We work every day to create a better workplace, both from the technical side and the company's connections!

Shirai: During lunchtime, we hold a team daytime meeting with members of the Web Services Division. By sharing the tasks and progress that each team is responsible for, we are able to understand each other's situation and proceed smoothly with the project. It's a very important time as it makes it easier to have little consultations and share information.

After the daytime, we continue to respond to inquiries from clients and users, and also work on tasks related to the development and design of our own services. Every day accumulation leads to improving the quality of our services, so we try to proceed carefully one by one.

lunch time

During lunchtime that day, I had a karaage set meal at Shirai-san, Wagi, and miyoshi.
One of our attractions is that we go out for lunch or have a chat, and don't let the staff feel the barriers between departments.

Shirai: After returning from lunch, we had a meeting with our client. By talking directly, you can clearly understand your requests and problems, which is a very important time when considering future responses and development directions.

After the meeting is over, you will start coding tasks such as implementing new features and modifying existing features. At the same time, table designs are also being carried out for new services and functions, and steadyly assembled while considering the overall system configuration.

We also provide code reviews through pull requests for code created by our members. Not only do we check, but we also strive to provide clear and polite feedback, which will help improve the skills of the entire team.
